VTG Tin Toy Santa Reindeer Sleigh Battery Operated Modern Toys Rare Mechanical

  
This is a 50-60's battery operated tin toy by Modern Toy company and was one of the most rare of the decade. This Japanese made toy is 17 long and has vibrant color.

I put the batteries in to test it and it is not functioning!! The yellow rail on back is broken and missing, it doesn't distract from the piece. Santa has a plastic head and reindeer.
