Vintage JAPAN Christmas Santa Sleigh Reindeer Scene Felt Santa c. 1950

  
Offered here is a large, original mid-century Japanese Christmas display featuring a felt-clad Santa riding in a sleigh pulled by reindeer, complete with bottle brush trees and original pull cord. This is a post-WWII Japanese export piece, clearly marked "JAPAN" on the underside of the base, dating to the late 1940s-early 1950s. Felt Santa with molded composition face. Cardboard / pulp sleigh and snow base. Composition / celluloid reindeer with original glitter. Larger tabletop size (see ruler photo)?? Condition Good vintage condition consistent with age. Expected wear to base edges and surface.
