2 reindeer approximately 8" long 9" tall. Santa approx 10" tall 6" wide. Sleigh approx 13" long 11" tall.

Packaged in original styrofoam form and original box both in good condition. Minor cosmetic paint missing on Santa's face photograph included for reference. Small unnoticeable piece of the bell strap is detached and included-it doesn't look like it is missing it was a clean minor break and even in close up photos you can't tell, but could be repaired if desired.
