I actually thought it was when I saw it displayed. The resin figures are large enough to fill your mantel or buffet. Not a Toy - For Decorative Indoor Use Only. Santa with sleigh 11" x 9" tall and 4 wide. Tallest 10.5 x 8 long.

Mid size 9.5 x 7.5. No problems that I can see. The box shows wear and has tape but at least it is still there. Pricing to sell as is.
