1950s Sears Rosbro Santa's Candy Express Christmas Figural withBox Sleigh Reindeer

  
"SANTA'S CANDY EXPRESS" CHRISTMAS DECORATION - 1950s Sears Roebuck & Co. 15" x 5" x 4.25 colorful graphic box. Includes an attractive figural "Santa in sleigh with 8 reindeer" mantle display (white, red & green hard plastic with painted accents). "Santa in sleigh" candy container is 5" x 4". Each reindeer is 4.5" x 3.5". (Rosbro) figures set was specially packaged by Sears Roebuck & Co. Notably, the jewel to this display is the outstanding box with it's spectacular holiday graphics.

Original inner box figure separators are also included. Original candy lollipops & thin red ribbon are not included.

A great example loaded with retro yuletide eye appeal. Condition is considered GOOD to FAIR with moderate surface/edge wear. Figural display itself has only mild surface wear with no cracks or breaks (appears virtually unused). Box has moderate stain/crease/edge wear with scattered moderate edge tears largest tear is approx. The exception is a 3.75 top lid edge tear. Inner flap has a small 1.5" x 1/2" piece missing at die-cut tab area (not seen when lid is closed). Colors are still bold, bright and extremely attractive. Overall, we feel this is still a very displayable example by most standards (see photos). A great find for the VINTAGE CHRISTMAS and/or CANDY CONTAINER enthusiast.
