Both in very good condition. No chips, cracks, dents or holes. Both have working light cords. 38 and when put together total length is approx. Santa and sleigh are sitting on plastic runners, there is one screw missing on the top of it that goes into the sleigh, easily fixed.

The reindeer antlers, one is screwed in securely. The other one still goes in and does stay, but needs a little adjusting because it does fall out sometimes.
