Santa and Sleigh is 6" long and 5.5" tall and 3 wide. The 9 reindeer are 5" tall and 4" long. The "reigns" are loose and can be looped through 5 of the reindeer and maybe tied to santas hands. This is an exquisite piece, no other damage except the broken loops on the 4 reindeer. Rudolph even has a red nose! It is inscribed on the underside of the sleigh.
