German Santa Belsnickle Sleigh Deer Reindeer Candy Container

  
EARLY TURN OF THE CENTURY. SANTA (BELSNICKLE) Loofah Sleigh Deer Candy Container. What a Fantastic table decoration. Santa is positioned in the sitting position (but, he could be made to stand) due the fact that he has wire armatures (arms/legs). 6 tall sitting / approx.

He's carrying a wonderful Feather Tree sprig wearing the traditional colors, Red Jacket and Blue Trousers Black Boots. The DEER is very impressive.

14" long 9" tall to his back 12.5" tall to top of his head & 17" tall to tip of his wonderful antlers. He has ALL of his original covering (brownish tan with darken highlights) --- trappings -- harness bridle rosettes and accouterments --- has the tuff around the antlers -- he has the original beard on his chest. Has his Original BELL and collar around his neck. HEAD removes to reveal a hidden Candy Compartment or for a small trinket of affection. The SLEIGH is as well, very nice.

14.5" long x 6" wide x 8.5 tall. Covered with a loofah / sponge - died a dark green and covered with a snow effect --- Sleigh is trimmed with a starched lace material with silver coating. There are a few minor breaks in the loofah, hardly noticeable due to the coloring and the type of material. Sleigh has a Basket back behind the Santa.

Just fill with greens and a candle or load it full of Toys (plenty of room to let your imagination roam). Santa in Sleigh with the Deer near by. Santa Riding the Deer alone and the Sleigh displayed else where. So therefore, Santa can be displayed with either item. TRULY what a fantastic, phenomenal GROUPING.
