Antique Santa Reindeer Sleigh Germany Metal Heyde Miniature Rare c1900. A SUPERB ANTIQUE SANTA RIDING HIS SLEIGH DRIVEN BY TWO REINDEER, MADE IN GERMANY BY HEYDE C1900 - A RARE AND WONDERFUL FIGURE!!! PART OF A WONDERFUL COLLECTION! This is a superb antique Christmas figure made by the famed company Heyde of Germany.

There is the most wonderful Santa, Father Christmas, riding his sleigh which is pulled by two reindeer. He holds his sack of toys in one hand. It is a rare and wonderful figure! The paint is in excellent condition with minor paint loss commensurate with its age. The santa has come off the sled but he stands on it very well.

The original reins are present but not attached to Santa's hand. Is 5 inches (13 cm) long. It is 2 inches (5 cm) tall to the top of Santa's head. It is solid cast as was the method of the Heyde figures and signed Germany on the bottom. This is a stunning Santa with great drama and style.
